Country House Cordoba

Beautiful detached country house, with a fully fenced enclosed area, garden, and covered parking for three cars, porch, and barbecue area. About 800 meters of landscaped areas. Available for weekends, holidays, or long-term stays.

The house is located within a larger estate 19 km from Córdoba city and 3 km from the town of Almodóvar del Río, where there are supermarkets, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops for supplies. Very close is the La Breña Reservoir where you can enjoy various water sports, near the Sierra de Hornachuelos Natural Park where you can see wildlife in its natural state. The surroundings couldn’t be more beautiful and peaceful, especially in spring when it is filled with flowers and the songs of birds fill the place with their different tunes.

The Casa del Torero owes its name to the famous Cordoban bullfighter Finito de Córdoba who spent long periods here as he had his cattle ranch on our estate. Next to the house, but with a separate entrance, there is a small bullring that was used for bullfights or as a cattle pen.

The house has a large living room with a fireplace, dining table for eight, breakfast table, and chubesqui stove. Separate closed kitchen with all necessary utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, cups, pots, etc. It has two bathrooms, with a bathtub and shower. It has two separate bedrooms with two beds each. It has another very large bedroom with two beds, a wardrobe, a fireplace, a sitting area with sofas, and a reading area. Between the bedrooms, there is a beautiful and charming Andalusian patio. There is another entrance to the house with three large wardrobe units. Upstairs there is a solarium terrace ideal for sunbathing all day long.
