Night Arrivals, Sundays, and Holidays in Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol
At Bluehorse Properties, we know that travel schedules don’t always align with regular business hours. Flights may arrive in the early morning, and sometimes our clients need to access their accommodation on a Sunday or a holiday.
To accommodate these situations, we offer a key handover service outside regular hours, allowing for a more convenient arrival at the property.
Rate Update for 2027
For over ten years, Bluehorse Properties has maintained the €40 fee for our key handover service outside regular hours unchanged.
Starting from January 1, 2027, this fee will be updated to €50 per service, aiming to continue providing personalized attention and maintain the quality and availability of our service, especially during nights, Sundays, and holidays.
When is the Surcharge Applied?
A flat fee of €50 is set for in-person key handovers under the following circumstances:
- Night hours: between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Sundays: at any time of the day.
- Holidays: local, regional, and national holidays, regardless of the arrival time.
What Does the Service Include?
The service includes:
- Travel of our staff to the property.
- Reception of guests or tenants.
- In-person key handover and access to the accommodation.
- Basic explanation of the property’s functioning and facilities, when applicable.
A Fixed Fee, No Cumulative Surcharges
The cost of the service is €50 per handover, regardless of multiple circumstances coinciding.
For example, if the arrival occurs during the early morning of a Sunday or holiday, only the €50 surcharge will apply, with no additional charges for night hours.
Arrival Organization
To ensure proper reception, we recommend communicating the estimated date and time of arrival well in advance.
Our team will coordinate the key handover and provide the necessary instructions to access the property.
The surcharge, when applicable, will be communicated in advance and must be accepted before confirming the service.
