The Chalet is located in the Torreblanca Urbanization (residential area of Fuengirola), on Hortensia Street, just 150 meters (2 minutes walking) from Torreblanca Beach (the highest rated in Fuengirola), thus having everything within walking distance: Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket, Promenade (for walking or biking (there are 2 adult bikes and one child bike), etc.

It is situated on a plot of 900 meters, and the house consists of three floors with a total of about 280 meters. It has a garage with capacity for three cars, and in the garden, it features: a built-in barbecue, a private pool of 4x8m with a Roman staircase, a restroom in the pool area, and at the back of the house, a Mini-Fronton court.

The maximum capacity is 8 people and is distributed as follows: Ground Floor with Entrance Hall, Living Room of approximately 45m, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bathroom, and a Bedroom with two beds and a large terrace. On the Second Floor: Master Bedroom with private bathroom; and two other Bedrooms, both doubles, in addition to another full bathroom, and a central distributor from which the living room can be seen from above. On the top floor, there is an attic or game room with a pool table, multi-game table (chess, parchisi, backgammon, etc.), as well as a solarium terrace with wonderful views.

It has TV-Sat, DVD-HD recorder, mini stereo, Wifi Internet, complete bedding (blankets, sheets, and towels), hairdryer, and towel warmer in the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary (complete cookware, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, etc.) as well as an oven, dishwasher, etc., and in the laundry room: vertical freezer, washing machine, and dryer. It is furnished and equipped with great care, as it is used by us, my family (if needed, it also has a crib, mini crib, stroller, and high chair).
