Although we understand that WhatsApp is a convenient channel, at Blue Horse Properties:

🚫 We do not handle property inquiries via WhatsApp. This channel is reserved exclusively for emergencies or urgent communications from clients already staying or with active arrangements.

👉 If you send your request via WhatsApp, it is very likely that you will not receive a response, as it is not connected to our reservation and property management system.


✉️ How should I make the inquiry correctly?

To receive a quick and useful response, all inquiries must be sent via email, through the contact form or directly to:

And it is essential that you include the following basic information:

🗓️ Dates of stay

  • From when to when you are interested in renting (approximate dates if not fixed).

👥 Number of people

  • Adults / children / people with special needs.

🐾 Are you traveling with pets?

  • Type, size, breed.

📍 Preferred area (if applicable)

  • Beach, center, quiet areas, golf courses, etc.

💬 Other requirements

  • Wi-Fi, air conditioning, elevator, parking, etc.

📄 For long-term rentals

Owners usually request a preliminary evaluation of the tenant’s profile. Therefore, in addition to the above, it will be necessary to attach:

  • Employment contract or proof of income
  • Latest payslips or income statement
  • Tax return
  • If you are self-employed: self-employment registration + current income
