📄 For long-term rentals
Owners usually request a preliminary evaluation of the tenant’s profile. Therefore, in addition to the above, it will be necessary to attach:
- Employment contract or proof of income
- Latest payslips or income statement
- Tax return
- If you are self-employed: self-employment registration + current income
